I’m Gary, a California-based Division I college track coach with over 14 years of experience guiding athletes at all levels, including Olympic Trials qualifiers, school record holders, and conference champions. I founded Best Coast Training to support the growing number of working professionals—friends, colleagues, and strangers—who were eager to learn, improve, and push their strength and cardio fitness limits in the midst of their busy life schedules.
I believe great coaching starts with strong relationships. Every person is different, and it’s through genuine connection that I’ve learned how to personalize training, motivate, and bring out the best in people.
